Diana is the Program Manager for Help Me Grow Long Island and a health care operations leader with nearly two decades of experience across public and private sectors. She holds a BA in Psychology from Cornell University and completed the Post-baccalaureate Premedical Program at Columbia University. Having begun her career in NYC’s Early Intervention Program, Diana is passionate about advancing accessible, equitable, and coordinated care for children and families.

Fabella is a Bilingual Family Resource Specialist, with experience supporting expectant families and new parents. Previously, she served as a Bilingual Family Assessment Specialist with the Healthy Families Jamaica Program, where she promoted positive parent-child relationships and healthy family development. Fabella brings a strength-based approach and a deep commitment to supporting the unique needs of families in her community.

Katherine is a Bilingual Family Resource Specialist. She previously served as a Bilingual Financial Navigator at Stony Brook Hospital Cancer Center, where she provided patient advocacy and connected patients and families with community resources. Katherine brings a strong commitment to helping families access the resources and support they need to thrive.

Rachel is a Bilingual Family Resource Specialist and holds a BA in Psychology Hofstra University. She brings experience working with children and families, including research on parental communication styles and their impact on children, as well as mentoring at-risk youth. Rachel is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Hofstra University and is passionate about supporting families in her community.

Kaley is the Outreach Coordinator and brings a background in child development and a passion for community engagement. She holds a BS in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Vermont, with minors in Special Education and Behavioral Change Health Studies, and has experience working with families and children through roles in healthcare, education, and community programs. Kaley is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at SUNY Albany and is committed to making a meaningful impact through public service.

Lucero is the bilingual Family Resource Coordinator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and is passionate about supporting children, families, and the community. With professional experience in preschool settings serving children ages 16 to 48 months, she brings a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of nurturing, supportive environments. Lucero is dedicated to connecting families with resources and support and making a meaningful difference through family advocacy and community service.
